Shipping and Returns Policy

AUSTRALIA

Your item will be shipped within 2-3 working days from the day your piece was crafted. Your item will be crafted soon after your order has been placed, subject to the availability of Ami Ben-Hur. You will be notified by email of the day scheduled for the crafting so you can tune in, if you wish to do so. 

Every purchase is made to order. The date chosen for crafting is at the discretion of Ami Ben-Hur.

 

Australian Orders 

Orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post Express Parcel. Orders within Australia should arrive within 3 – 5 business days after shipping date. You will receive all relevant tracking information once we have shipped your purchase.

 

International Orders

 

Orders valued between $50 to $180 are shipped via Australia Post Pack and Track International for items sent to 26 international destinations as per Australia Post Guidelines. Delivery should be within 3 to 10 business days depending on your location. A unique tracking code will be sent once we have shipped your purchase.

Orders valued under $50 or to destinations outside of the Pack and Track International boundaries will be sent via Airmail. These packages should arrive within 3 to 10 business days depending on your location. 

Orders over $180 or over 2 kilograms will be sent via International Courier. You will receive all relevant tracking information once we have shipped your purchase. Your item should arrive within 7 business days; door-to-door with tracking and signed delivery is available for most destinations.

 

Returns Shipping Policy:

It is okay to change your mind, so you may return most items in new and unused condition, with original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a store credit. Be sure to contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. If you need to return an item, please email sales@organicgold.com.au and we will organise with you the return of the item, and notify you of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Shipping in this case is the customer’s responsibility.

Sale items and some specials items are final sale and will be marked as such.

If a package is damaged in transit please do not sign upon receiving it unless you have checked the contents that you ordered are inside it. Photograph the package and contents if possible and notify us immediately at sales@organicgold.com.au. This will enable us to follow up with the shipping carrier. All damages must be reported within 3 days of delivery, otherwise we are unable to assist after this. 

 

Refunds:

You should expect to receive your refund within 10 days of giving your package to the return shipper. In most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

 

Payment Options:

We accept payment via PayPal and Shopify Payments. Orders will be dispatched once payment has been confirmed. 

 

Privacy:

Organic Gold does not receive any of your credit card details when you pay through Paypal or Shopify Payments.  Any personal details we do get from you (name, address, telephone or email address) will not be disclosed or used for secondary purposes.
